Det er kun de yngste og allerfineste teblade der bliver håndplukket ved første høst fra teplanten i foråret. Teplanten bliver skygget i 30-40 dage op til høsten. Det gør te-planten danner mere klorofyl hvilket giver Matcha pulveret dens karakteristiske smukke grønne farve. Vores matcha har en perfekt balance af sødme, fylde & umami og en cremet tekstur.
Kan nydes både varm og kold som traditionel Matcha med 70 grader varmt vand og som varm eller iced Matcha latte.
